Currently, there are two versions of WordPress: WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG. All the tutorials we will see in this post are about wordpress.org. Why? Because of the .ORG version has far more features and usability than the .COM version.

WordPress Tutorial – Step by Step Guide
In this post, I have tried to include each and every possible WordPress tutorial. Also, this list tutorial list keeps on updating and increasing regularly and consistently. So, you better save this page.
WP Tutorial 1: Install WordPress through CPanel
A CPanel is the control panel of your web hosting. The login credentials to cpanel is provided by your hosting provider. You can access your CPanel by putting /cpanel after your domain name.
For example, if the name of your website is abc.com, then you can access the CPanel by putting abc.com/cpanel in the address bar of your browser. I would recommend you to use Bluehost or Namecheap as a hosting provider. I have used both of them and found both of them to be great.

WP Tutorial 2: Create Subdomain and Install WordPress
A Subdomain is a subsection or a part of your main domain name. It is used so that the different type of content can be easily managed. For example, if you have a domain name abc.com, then the subdomain will be like xyz.abc.com.
I will share my example to make you understand even better. I have the domain name digitalabhi.com. This domain name has a subdomain which is ebooks.digitalabhi.com. I created this subdomain so that you can easily access the ebooks which I have written.
Creating a subdomain hardly takes a couple of minutes. And installing WordPress on the subdomain with the help of CPanel is similar to the tutorial number 1 where we have installed WordPress on our main domain.
This tutorial cover how to create subdomain and install WordPress on it with the help CPanel. Here, you will also see how you can install SSL on the subdomain you just created.
WP Tutorial 3: WordPress Dashboard Overview
Using WordPress is as easy using Microsoft Word or Powerpoint. You just need to be familiar with a few things and you’re good to go. Through WordPress dashboard you can easily navigate to the different elements and phases of the backend of your website.
To access the WordPress dashboard, you need to put /wp-admin after your domain name. Let’s say your domain name is abc.com. Then you can access your WordPress dashboard by entering abc.com/wp-admin in the address bar of the browser. You can also change this login URL. This is covered in the upcoming tutorials.
In the login portal you will need to enter the username and password which you have set in the CPanel during the installation of WordPress.
